James Watts, our company owner, has always been passionate about keeping vehicles clean and pristine. As a young man, he would clean the cars of his family and friends. What started as a hobby eventually became Ultimate Performance Detailing. In 2011, James received his certification in auto detailing from the Kleen Car training facility in New Milford, NJ.

Kleen Car is owned and operated by Kevin Farrell. Kevin helped develop the detailing program for BMW North America. Kevin is also a key member of Optimum Polymer Technology (Permanent Ceramic coatings). James Watts and Ultimate Performance Detailing are authorized installers of Optimum coatings, and James is a certified 3M paint protection film installer.

As technically trained detailers, Ultimate Performance Detailing utilizes the highest quality supplies, bio-degradable products, latest advancements in tools, equipment and proper techniques.
